I'm Dave, nice to meet ya 👋
I've spent over 25 years turning software dilemmas into success stories – and now I want to help you.
With a knack for building self-motivated teams, I've made a career of turning development sinking ships into high-performing powerhouses.
But it's not just about the technology —
it's about the people.
I'm passionate about mentoring world class leaders so that they can develop world class teams. My goal with every client is to turn their technology org into the business' MVP.
When I'm not working 1:1 with execs, I serve as the VP of Application Development at Alchemy Technology Group.
